Joanne Bombardier

Congratulations to Joanne Bombardier, Financial Planning team member who has been selected as user of the month of November 2021 for Worksorted. Worksorted is a purpose-built CRM for financial planning; it holds client’s compliance information and details as well as managing RGM’s workflow tasks and aggregating and assigning to clients the adviser service fees and commissions that we receive from over 20 different product providers.

Each month Worksorted (FP’s CRM) selects a user as their user of the month. They do an interview and write a piece about how that user and firm use worksorted to be featured in their Blog and newsletter. This can help inspire other users of worksorted on features and uses that they could utilise themselves.

Joanne goes above and beyond with RGM’s FP clients and is always proactive, not only within her team but willing to put her hand up and help out across the firm.

Years of Service Recognition

We presented our staff in 2020 with 10, 20, 30 & 40 years of service certificates to recognise their commitment to our firm. The dedication our employees have shown over many years deserves to be recognised, as each employee as played an important role within our firm. The qualities such as organisational skills, leadership, honesty and strong work ethic and teamwork are all character traits worthy of recognition.
